Where do you begin when faced with a huge challenge of completely redesigning a team? I knew I needed the support of my future colleagues if we were going to be successful. They not only had to believe in me, but had to believe in the vision for our practice. I spent six months getting to know them before starting the role, illustrating that our business success would translate into long-lasting career opportunities.
