Lorraine has a passion for mentoring vulnerable young people navigate the various challenges they face in their teenage years. She was very proud to be chosen by a dozen young adults to join them on a week long residential to to show them all how NOT to climb, raft, cook!!

Lorraine likes to promote herself as an avid gardener but in reality she is excellent at watering plants and directing the experienced gardener on how things should be done!!
Lorraine Pratap's Story
I started my career as an assistant accountant for a manufacturing business in Northern Ireland.
I joined Hays in 1994 and specialised in practice and taxation recruitment across Yorkshire, progressing to a senior management position. Many of my old clients will remember me as Lorraine Partridge!
Hays has the reputation for being the market leader for recruitment training and I was responsible for the delivery of training to all professional service consultants across the North.
In recent years I have worked as a freelance trainer in the recruitment sector, a work placement officer at an FE College and a support worker for young adults in Doncaster.
