We are monitoring the situation with Covid-19 on a regular basis and are updating our policies and working practices daily.
It is really important for us to keep talking to our clients, candidates and partners. We have been working in a buoyant recruitment market for the past few months and a lot of the jobs we are working on are business-critical roles.
It is just as important for us to act responsibly for the wider community and to make sure we do everything we are advised to ensure the impact of the virus is minimised.
We have already implemented the following actions;
- All of our team are home working from 17th March 2020
- We have all of the resources to undertake the search, attraction and assessment processes required to provide an effective service
- We are using Skype and other video calling technology to maintain contact with our clients and candidates
- We are postponing all non-essential meetings. This includes attending events and individual meetings
