Nicola is married to Lee who is a mechanic and lives in Bawtry. She has recently become mum to a cavapoo puppy called Chewy. Nicola also loves spending time with her two goddaughters Jessie and Clara and being Aunty Nicola.

Nicola trains at bootcamp 3 times a week and enjoys various other fitness regimes.

Nicola Worrow's Story
I have worked in financial recruitment since 2001 undertaking the following roles in my career:
- Business Director for an international Plc recruiting roles from junior finance to mid level professional roles.
- Business Development Director for an independent specialist finance recruitment consultancy.
After graduating I spent four years as a Thomson Holiday representative. This experience gave me the problem solving tools needed to provide a high class service in finance recruitment. I pride myself on my relationships with candidates and clients and my priority is listening to and understanding both of their needs.
I am passionate about finance recruitment and am proud of being involved at the coal face with high standards of service and delivery.
