The Pratap Partnership was established in 2019. Our business is built upon the successful history of our individuals, made even more effective by the strong team that we collectively make. 1999 to 2004
Our directors joined an International plc and the UK’s largest recruitment firm, specialising in the finance market in Yorkshire.
2006 to 2012
Nicola Worrow, Gillian McBride and Elise Walsh were all part of the senior finance team, headed by Nik Pratap in his role as National Head of Senior Finance.
2013
Nik & Nicola join a new start-up recruitment business based in Yorkshire, specialising in the accountancy & finance market.
2015
Gillian & Elise join up with Nik & Nicola.
2019
Pratap Partnership is established.
